Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction, or companion as it is also known, is an opportunity to share your spiritual journey with another person in a safe and welcoming environment. Verbalizing our thoughts, feelings and questions helps deepen our understanding of the Divine and enables us to recognize the places God is present and active in our life. In spiritual direction, a trained director meets one-on-one with an individual (the directee) who is seeking to deepen his or her relationship with God. Recognizing the Holy Spirit as the true guide, together we listen for the voice and promptings of the Divine within the directee's life.
Reah's spiritual director is trained and experienced, ready to accompany you on your journey. Our director is available for in-person or zoom sessions that are typically scheduled once a month for an hour.
