About the Event
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Each session is 90 minutes.
- Facilitators will guide us through a time of centering and intentional conversation.
- During the 90 minutes each person will have an opportunity to share a story.
- Group members will reflect on what they noticed and appreciated in the hearing, without judgement or critique.
- Each week a new writing prompt will be given to ponder throughout the coming week.
