Week One: Grief, Loss, and the Cries of our Hearts

We will consider losses related to the current pandemic, losses related to chronic illness or death, and other losses tht you might be experiencing. 

Week Two: Taking Refuge in the Path of Unknowing

We will consider how we can open our hearts to hope and joy even while living with uncertainity 

Week Three: Preperation in the Midst of Waiting 

We will share and incorporate various spiritual practices into our lives as a way of drawing closer to God 

Week Four: Celebrating the Coming of the Light 

We will share thought, joyrs, or creative offerings with each other as we celebrate the birth of Jesus

When and Where?

This is an online retreat that will allow you to participate from the comfort of your own home. The retreat will begin on November 29th. The final Zoom meeting will be held on December 20th, but the retreat will officially end on December 26th, in order to give you time for online communication and acess to teaching videos through Christmas. 

What's included? (I invite you to take part in all of the offerings or to choose what you need in a given week)

• Weekly video teachings 
• Weekly email prompts that encourage spiritual exploration, practice, and discussion
• One individual spiritual direction session for each participant
• Membership in a private Facebook group for discussion, encouragement, and questions
• Zoom groups every Sunday at 7:00 PM
